Clients require supervision although not round the clock. These individuals live on their own throughout the neighboring communities with periodic in-home support.
Supervised Living Site-Adult
Clients with developmental disabilities require 24-hour supervision. The homes designed for adults are located at several sites in Olivia and Bird Island.
Supervised Living Site-Adolescence/Adult
Clients with developmental disabilities are given 24-hour supervision. The children's home is located located in Hector has 4 bedrooms and a separate respite unit attached to the main home.
Intermediate Care Facility-Adult
Clients with developmental disabilities are provided supervision and care. This home designed for adults is located in Bird Island.
Adult Foster Care
This 24-hour home setting is designed to assist adults who have been diagnosed with mental illness and is located in Bird Island.
In-Home Support Services to Children and Adults
Provides personal care attendant to assist parents in caring for their child.
